Michelle Penna, SPHR

Michelle is an experienced HR professional with more than 25 years of Human Resources experience, 18 of those years on the Executive Team. 


Most of Michelle's professional accomplishments resulted in successfully helping companies work through periods of significant growth or transition.  She has extensive experience in compliance auditing and ensuring that an organization meets required regulations.  She has highly developed analytical skills and uses that proficiency for process development/improvement and systemic problem solving.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas from the William F Harrah College of Hotel Administration.  She also earned her Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) designation in 2012.

Denise White

Denise has more than 30 years of Human Resources experience with 25 of those at the executive level and 5 years as an independent consultant working with Six Sigma Leadership candidates and other growing companies. 


With experience in multiple industries, she has had significant experience with start-up, fast growth companies building Human Resources infrastructures to include wage and salary, talent management, payroll, employee relations and establishing and auditing compliance processes.  During her career, she has also been involved in working through multiple mergers and acquisitions.


Denise has a Bachelor’s Degree from West Texas State University.
